“The Faith That Still Roars”

While the events of Daniel’s life have been popularized through kids’ Sunday School, the detailed prophetic visions concerning the rise and fall of empires is less studied. The prophecies are stunningly accurate up to this moment in history, including the exact day the Messiah would enter Jerusalem, presenting Himself as the long awaited King. For this reason, we are confident that God’s prophetic unfolding of eschatological history will be just as accurate.

Studying these chapters, Daniel 8 – 12, can be painstaking and involves voluminous detail. However, the benefit of undertaking this study is most beneficial. It helps the believer know what is coming on the eschatological calendar of events. More importantly, seeing the precise manner in which God details the unfolding of history causes the believer’s trust in Christ is multiply exponentially.
